We also suggest this jar for drinking glasses, smoothies, salads, food and leftover storage, and larger batch chia pudding and overnight oats. This jar is highly recommended for meal prepping. Oz. or 795 mL How to use: To open, remove the clamps, glass lid and rubber gasket.
