Directions for use:

Place the Skil-Care E-Z Transfer Slider Pommel Wheelchair Cushion on the wheelchair seat
Secure rear safety strap around the back of the chair and the other around the bottom of the seat
Remove the Velcro® attached side control pommel
Seat the patient and reattach the pommel so that the web loop faces front
Remove pommel before removing patient from the chair
