Country Spice Simmering Potpourri 2 Cups

Cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, all spice, and more all mix together to create this warm spicey potpourri. Use as a simmering potpourri or a textured and fragrant addtion to your decor. Please Note: When you simmer a potpourri the scent leaves the potpourri and is released into the air. The more you simmer it the more the scent fades. You only need about a 1/4 of cup to simmer in water in an electric simmering pot or in an old pan on the stove top. Be sure to bring the water to just a simmer, do not boil CAUTION: Keep an eye on the water level. Add more when necesary and never boil your potpourri. Refrigerate after each use and you can reuse many times. NOTE: The vendors that I purchase some of my potpourri ingredients from package some of them on machines that also package peanuts and pine nuts..
