Fellow raised the bar big-time when they debuted their Stagg EKG electric kettle. And now with this Pro version? The bar’s so high, we can’t even see it. It has the perks we know and love about the original—to-the-degree temperature control, a built-in brew stopwatch, and a precision gooseneck pour spout. On top of all that, there’s a guide mode with preset temps for whatever you’re drinking, plus an option to schedule your boil (that’s for you, sleepyheads). The hold mode can go for 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. And just to make sure things never boil over: You can set your altitude, too. If any kettle were worthy of a Ph.D. in coffee making, it would be this one. Prevent over-boiling by setting the altitude for you location.. Set your kettle to reach a temperature at a specific time.
