Unmarked German (Henckels?) 3.75” Boning Knife Carbon Steel
Unmarked but certainly German (Henckels?) 3.75” boning knife. The carbon steel blade has been skillfully thinned from a slightly larger (5”?) blade that had been sharpened down, it does not have the geometry or feel of a sharpened down knife but most likely is. The European walnut handle is secure and tight with no pro.
