Product Description Candy and jelly cooking requires accurate temperature measurement for perfect, repeatable results. Thermometer is made of stainless steel for durability and bottom of glass column is enclosed and has plastic handle. The durable laboratory glass has non-mecuric column that measures in F and C scales. Candy stage temperatures are marked in color codes. The adjustable sliding kettle clip secures thermometer for any size pot. 100F - 400F range in 2 F increments.
