A hand-coloured print of Jack or John Robinson portrayed as a rat catcher on all fours in a room of the Treasury. He offers money and pensions to M.Ps who are shown as rats. Money lies scattered on the floor. On the wall of the room in which the scene is set is a bill titled: J-ck R------n Rat Catcher to Great Brittain Vermin preserved Rats of Note followed by a list of those M.P.s names in the pay of the Pittite Ministry.Inscribed in the plate: Pubd by W Humphrey No 227 Strand
