Here’s how I reheated and transported it so it’s at serving temp when we arrived. The blanket is nice because it is insulated, because it saves you from having to use towels, and the prep tub makes it easy to carry from my house to my car and my car to my friend’s house. This setup works well for a single brisket or pork shoulder, but I’d move up to a cooler or cambro if I had a bunch of meat.
