The Hamilton Beach 11 litre Digital Air Fryer with Rotisserie and Rotating Basket has been one of the best, if not my favourite kitchen appliance I have ever had the privilege to review! It has taken my air frying experience to a whole other level as I seem to be using this appliance the most. It will be great in the summer as I won’t be using the hot oven as much. It fries perfectly and I am not left with the stinky oily smell I used to have when deep-frying at home. This is the ultimate air fryer as it has 3 levels- for you keto people, this is the best! But for a busy family, with its 3 levels, you can make dinner and multiple snacks in 15- 30 minutes! Wings are amazing in this too!!!! It has made awesome fries, mac n’ cheese bites, stuffed mushrooms, air fried breaded pickles(my favourite!), Mozza sticks……and so much more. You have so much ease with this appliance as it has CUSTOMIZABLE COOKING CONTROL to customize your cooking by manually adjusting the time and temperature up to 60 minutes and 400° F. I love the accessories included. Since it has 8 pre-sets including fries beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, rotisserie function, vegetables, and dehydrate! It includes 3 Metal Mesh Shelves, Rotating Basket, Drip/Crumb Tray, Basket/Rotisserie Lifter and Rotisserie Accessories Mesh shelves allow air to circulate around food for expert air frying and dehydrating. Rotating basket tumbles food to ensure all surfaces have a crispy finish and food is cooked evenly. First up for recipes as I’ll be sharing a series with you in my Rotisserie Chicken. So juicy on the inside and crispy goodness on the outside. Buying a good quality chicken is needed for simple flavour as my kids and husband like simple. It’s really simple to make. You need this appliance ;), a chicken and your favourite seasoning. This was ready in 60 minutes on the 400F Rotisserie setting on the air fryer. Recipe 1 Whole Chicken 2 tbsp of butter to rub all over the chicken 1 tsp of Salt a dash of pepper 1 tbsp of garlic powder Method Rub butter all over the chicken, season. Place a skewer through the chicken(it comes with it), using the hooks, you hook the chicken on the rotating attachment that’s in and let the rest is pure magic!
